Services

Expertise you can point to.

Each discipline is led by someone who practises it at a senior level. We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so the people you speak to are the people doing the work.

01

AI agents and engineering leadership

Helping engineering and operations teams adopt AI in ways that hold up in production: internal agents that take on real work, AI-assisted engineering practices, and the team structure to sustain them.

  • Internal company agents and automated workflows
  • AI-assisted development, code review and tooling
  • Engineering strategy, hiring and scaling teams

02

Custom software and SaaS

Products and internal tools shaped around how your organisation actually runs, such as scheduling, client records, billing and operations, taken from discovery to a reliable launch.

  • Product discovery and technical architecture
  • Web applications, dashboards and integrations
  • Launch, hosting, monitoring and support

03

Web design and development

Fast, accessible websites that explain clearly what you do and are easy to keep current, from a focused company site to a content platform.

  • Design, content structure and responsive build
  • Performance, accessibility and search as standard
  • Hosting, domains and ongoing changes handled

04

Statistics and biostatistics

Rigorous, defensible answers from your data. We help design studies, choose and fit the right models, and report results that reviewers and decision-makers can rely on.

  • Study and trial design, sample size
  • Statistical modelling, including Bayesian methods
  • Reproducible analysis and reporting in R and SAS

05

Applied mathematics and quantitative consulting

Mathematical modelling for problems that outgrow a spreadsheet, and independent review of the quantitative methods your decisions depend on.

  • Modelling and simulation
  • Optimisation and forecasting
  • Methodological review and second opinions

Approach

A clear process, with no surprises.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We learn your goals, constraints and existing systems, then agree scope, timeline and deliverables in writing before any work starts.

  2. Step 02

    Build

Work moves in short, visible iterations. You review real progress throughout, so there is nothing to discover at the end.

  3. Step 03

    Support

After delivery we stay responsible for what we built, with hosting, updates and improvements as your needs change.

Ongoing work

What we're working on now.

We hold senior roles in industry and run a product of our own. That current, hands-on work keeps our advice practical.
